Can I see an AI summary of everything that happened with a contact?

Yes. Open the contact layout, turn on the AI Summary and save. When you look at a conversation you then get a full AI summary of everything on the contact: the phone calls you have had with the customer, the meetings, and the emails and SMS back and forth.

Meetings held on the Votel meeting platform are transcribed and a summary is put on the contact, so you do not need a separate meeting bot.
